This frame is constructed of zinc plated metal and contains heavy duty wire, sleeve, and set collars. Rotates freely and does not require maintenance.Instructions:Place the pipe collar or flange on a 3/4" OD schedule 40 pipe and slide the metal brackets over the pipe. Place the second collar above the frame and pull the windsock over the frame and align the holes.

Insert plastic ties through the holes of the frame and the windsock and fasten.
