Budo belt with multiple stitching. Material: 60 % cotton / 40 % polyester. Budo belts are not normally washed.

Lengths 220-340 cm For production reasons, the actual belt length may differ from the length stated on the belt. There you can select the various options. The colour of the belts is based on a symbolism: The white belt is worn by beginners who are still ignorant and have an open and inquisitive attitude towards Taekwondo.

The white and yellow belt is a transition. The yellow belt stands for fertile soil on which knowledge and skills should flourish. The yellow-green belt is a transition.

The green belt symbolises the first sprouts and fruits, a sign that the training efforts have paid off and something is maturing in the student. The green-blue belt is a transition. The blue belt stands for the sky and thus symbolises a boundary.

The student must now show that they are capable of striving for and achieving higher things. The blue-red belt is a transition. The red belt represents the sun, from which great power already emanates, but also serves as a signal to the student.

He is now on the verge of becoming a master and is encouraged to work even more intensively and persistently with Taekwondo. Some schools use the brown belt instead of the red belt. Brown symbolises the bark of the tree trunk, which means that the techniques have already been consolidated and the student is about to become a master.

The red-black belt is a transition. Black and also the black belt is the colour of the masters and reserved only for them. Black, the symbol of the universe, unites all other colours and is therefore the strongest of all colours.

Black also symbolises the authority, knowledge and experience of the masters. For this reason, only dan holders are allowed to wear doboks with a black lapel, just as only masters are allowed to wear black decorations on their tracksuits.
