The adjustable LCD screen provides all the live performance metrics you need including, speed, time, distance, calories, strokes per minute, and time/500m. The supplied chest strap also feeds accurate heart rate data back to the console so you can track your progress. With a convenient tablet and smartphone holder built into the console, you can watch your favorite movies and boxsets while you row.

Fitted with a densely padded saddle, the rower's seat is made to work ergonomically with your body, allowing for a more comfortable training position for longer rowing sessions.
