With Akagi Kamishu buckwheat noodles, you can easily make delicious buckwheat noodles. Blessed with high-quality raw materials, water, and climate, Jyoshu has long been known as a noodle production center. Founded in 1950, Akagi Foods began as a dried noodle manufacturer, taking advantage of its location.

The dried noodle division has already been in business for half a century and currently produces over 100 varieties of products. Akagi offers a wide range of products made with traditional techniques using the wind and water of Jyoshu, including firm udon noodles, flavorful soba noodles, and cool hiyamugi and somen noodles, for tables around the world. Our noodles are made from 100% domestic wheat (except soba), kneaded with only salt (produced in Japan) and water, and made using traditional techniques to ensure safety and peace of mind.

Preparation: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for about 4 minutes, then rinse well with cold water and serve cold or hot.
