Weed control takes place in spring/summer by mechanical mowing with the shredder. The peaches are picked by hand and processed in a short time. The fruits are washed, sorted, crushed and then directed to the puree, which is filtered and pasteurised.

This is then mixed with water and cane sugar and then homogenised to maintain the nectar that is pasteurised (heat treatment to make it stable).
