Nonfat Milk Powder is made by removing the cream from whole milk, then evaporating the water, resulting in a milk powder. Anthony's Nonfat Instant Milk Powder has a sweet, rich flavor, with a creamy natural color. No artificial colors or flavors have been added.

To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Blend or use a whisk to mix until smooth and refrigerate.

For best flavor, refrigerate overnight after mixing.
