Ponds produce large amounts of organic sludge, this is most commonly caused by dead and dying plants and algae and excess food from overfeeding.

This sludge can cause lots of issues for the pond owner as it blocks pumps and filters, and chokes ponds. The only means of control previously has been time-consuming and messy manual cleaning, but with this treatment the sludge is broken down to a manageable level that can be removed by the filtration system. Regular filter maintenance is still required, and if problems persist it may be worth speaking to your local aquatics specialist about upgrading your filtration system.

Use 10ml per 360 litres (44 gallons) 250ml bottle treats 4546 litres (1200 gallons) 500ml bottle treats 6062 litres (1600 gallons) Directions for use: Calculate the ponds volume in litres using the following: [Length x width x average depth (in metres)] x 1000 Shake bottle well Remove dosage chamber cap and foil seal, squeeze bottle until chamber is filled to the required level. Add 25ml for every 900l of pond water. Repeat the dose every 5 days for two doses and then once a month until October.
