To ascertain the size required refer to the height measurement in the image, which is the distance from the surface of the instrument front to the centre of the bridge between the two middle strings. Compare with the existing bridge and adjust for the string clearance if necessary.

The clearance between the string and the fingerboard at the end should be between 3.0mm and 3.5mm for the E and 4.5mm-5.5mm for the G. Please note that due to variations in the alignment of fingerboards it may not be possible to obtain the exact string heights indicated. Aubert round stamp model 7.
