Dye can also be used to change the colour of leather products. Our Mocha Brown Leather Shoe Dye is a concentrated, water-based colourant cream.

The cream is easily applied and can be used to re-colour leather products or as a touch up dye for minor repairs. Our dye is easily applied with a sponge or spray bottle and leaves behind vivid, rich colour with a built-in protective sealant layer. Tips for a Great Finish Use an abrasive pad (such as a scotchbrite pad) to remove original sealant from leather product.

Use a high-density foam sponge to apply a very thin coat of dye, wait to dry and follow up with slightly thicker coats as you build your desired colour. Applying a thin coat first will allow for better adhesion of following coats. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.
