In this jar, Belazu blends artichokes and Parmigiano Reggiano with Italian summer truffles and black pepper for an elegant, full-flavored pesto.

Spread on crostini and top with prosciutto and walnuts as an appetizer. Add to store-bought hummus for a flavorful dip. Mix with breadcrumbs as a stuffing for field mushrooms or roast chicken or stir in to mashed potatoes to mix things up.
