Inside the leather-lined strap is a sponge padding that will absorb any sweat as well as provide a premium leather finish. Elastic in the sling provides extra manoeuvrability while you're playing - a non-elastic version is available if you prefer.

Two leather connectors are included for attaching to your clarinet's thumb rest.
