5. Using your Liner Brush, outline the spots using Blackpool, adding in smaller dots between each spot. Cure for 60 seconds once you're happy with your design.

6. Apply a thin layer of Bluesky Top Coat, cure for 60 seconds, and wipe with a Cleanser Wipe to finish!
