You can also use it to secure dry bags, helmets, fishing rods or anything else you don’t want to float away. It has durable plastic fittings which can resist the corrosive nature of salt water, unlike some paddle leashes with brass fittings which corrode very quickly. The paddle is secured with a velcro strap, and the coiled cord allows for a range of movement without getting in the way.
