Fills holes and cracks in concrete, brick, blocks & stone. Ideal for use on walls, floors, kerbstones, steps, etc so many uses CE Approved. Conforms to EN 15043 Uses For internal and external repairs to most masonry substrates for gap and crack filling, jointing and sealing earthenware pipes and drains, patching steps and windowsills, setting and bedding WC’s, sinks, railings and posts.

Preparation All substrates must be clean and free from dust and dirt. Friable material should be removed prior to starting work. Mixing Using a clean mixing pot, add approximately 3 parts CEMQUIK to one part water.

Mix immediately to a smooth, thick, lump free paste. Application Wet surfaces thoroughly prior to application of CEMQUIK to improve adhesion. Apply the mortar to the repair using a trowel or filling knife.

The mixed mortar will remain workable for about 5-10 minutes. Do not mix more cement than can be used in 5 minutes. Once the mix starts to stiffen discard it.

Do not add additional water to the mix at this stage. In warm conditions cover the repair in polythene to assist cure. CEMQUIK can be applied up to 25mm thickness.

Cleaning All tools and equipment should be cleaned with water. Cured material can only be removed by mechanical means.
