Cut a section of tape from the roll. Hold breast into desired position, apply tape by removing backing cover, stretch and stick tape over breasts and into position How to remove: Drench the area in a lot of oil or moisturiser and slowly remove the tape. Never rip away from the skin.

Recommend that you perform a skin test 24 hours before wear. Do not wear for 8+ hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Do not use on open cuts, sunburn or irritated skin.
