- This pale and delicate honey is a great substitute for sugar in hot drinks, smoothies and baking. It’s also a delight to spread on toast. - Our honey is always unpasteurised and minimally filtered, therefore retaining it’s natural properties.

Pollen grains may therefore be evident in the honey. The nectar in this jar comes from a range of British wildflowers with bramble and clover being the most dominant within the honey followed with other common British wildflowers. This is a natural process , and will lead to a change in colour, making it paler, thick with a slight grainy texture with a delightful delicate flavour.

This process is unpredictable and absolutely normal in unprocessed honey.
