    Constructed of cast iron with a matte porcelain finish, this reversible griddle is both durable and is excellent at distrubting and retaining heat. One side is flat for small and delecate dishes that would fall between the grids, and the reverse side is ribbed for efficient searing. Use in place of cooking grids.
