Bronze Fennel Sarah Raven

A wonderfully frothy plant with fine foliage, delicate flowers and architectural seed heads that fill out a border and a vase. Bronze fennel leaves can be backed into bread or biscuits, for a savoury, aniseed flavour. They're also delicious scattered over root veg before roasting.
