To get the best out of your Brussels sprouts, par boil them, drain and cut them in half.
Transfer to a pan with some butter, and sprinkle over the Brussels sprouts dust to taste. Cook for a few minutes, shaking to coat each sprout in the seasoning. When the butter is just starting to caramelise on the edges of your sprouts, they’re ready to serve.
