Unlike normal line cords, our BT Extension Leads are 6-way which are different to the normal 4-way extension leads found elsewhere. A Normal 4 Way Extension Lead WILL NOT WORK on a digital handset connected to a telephone system. This is because you need to have a pair of cables inside the lead running power to your Versatility Handset.

Without this extra pair inside the lead, any Digital Telephone System Handset will not be compatible with standard 4-way extension leads.
