Made in Japan, it showcases three cute white lucky cute cats playing with temari, traditional Japanese balls. Assembly is really simple, you just trap the cloth at the top and the bottom between the wooden poles which are split in half lengthways and snap shut with a strong magnet which traps the top and bottom of the fabric.
