Shimano cranks fit into BB86 frames when you have this CeramicSpeed Bottom Bracket installed. The kit consists of two cups that are pressed into either side of the central opening. The cups come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed.

The cups come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. There are two versions. The first is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened-steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed Balls.

The second version is our coated bearing, which uses those same CeramicSpeed Balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. In The Box 2 bottom bracket cups with bearings installed. 2 dust covers with integrated spacers installed.
