With selectable peak or RMS detection modes you can engage in either rapid (peak) or averaged (RMS) reaction to handle virtually any signal type from instruments to whole mixes.The 7721 features a selectable 24 dB per octave high-pass filter with an adjustable filter point from 20 to 200 Hz.

Controls include typical threshold attack and release controls as well as gain ratio blend (for internal parallel processing) and soft or hard knee compression selection. The custom VU meter monitors input output and gain reduction levels. The output stage is fully balanced.

With an internal universal switching power supply this compressor is compatible with all international power sources. The 7721 is designed and built in North America.
