To achieve the best results, simply put your seeds in the glass vessel and fill with water to soak. Your choice of seeds will determine how long you should soak them for. Once this is done, secure the lid and flip upside down to drain the water.

Rinse and drain your sprouts twice a day through the screen in the lid and open the adjustable screen to filter out seed husks as required.
