Separate temperature controller allows for safe placement outside the fume hood. New, improved version of CP300 With a glass ceramic heating plate mounted in a solid block of pure PTFE, this rugged hot plate withstands boiling acid solutions and aggressive cleaning agents. The separate analog temperature controller is connected via a 6.5-ft (2-m) PTFE-coated cable, allowing it to be placed away from corrosive environments.
