These gels are suitable for colouring all types of icings, cake mixes and more. To use, simply add a small drop at a time to sugar paste, icing, buttercream, cake mix, modelling paste, royal icing or marzipan and mix until you achieve the desired shade. Each tube consists of 25g. Sample - if you select sample will place a small amount of gel on a white card so you can see the colour. The default sample colour will be red.
