Here are a few feedback comments about speed of dispatch. Items where buyer selects next day tracked option will be dispatched at 4.30 each weekday, if paid after 4.30 then item will be posted the following working day. I believe 99+% of my items are posted within 1 working days of payment.

It really hurts being left an unfair feedback. Please note all Parcels posted through Royal Mail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my items further insurance is not necessary. If an item that is too large to go through your letterbox does not arrive, I will ask you to go to your local sorting office.

Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. But Royal Mail will not consider a UK parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. Give me a chance to put things right first! Most of the problems I have had are because Royal Mail has lost the parcel.

This is because when occasionally there has been a problem I have always tried to sort it out! I have 6 figure feedback with very few negatives. It will cost more but reduces the time greatly IF you have any problems with any of my items just let me know immediately and I'll sort it out. Or pay for a tracked postal option.
