The Dementia Locate is monitored by Taking Care's 24-hour Emergency Resolution Team and they can track the location of the GPS device in an emergency, such as someone wandering off or getting lost, confused or distressed. The GPS coordinates are updated automatically approximately to provide a good indication of its location.

The GPS device location history and location can also be viewed online by family members using a secure website login. The GPS device can be worn as a keyring or placed on a belt or in a pocket/bag. The GPS tracker has a 48-hour battery life and comes with an easy to use drop in charger.
