This nipple contains an integrated screw locking system - developed and manufactured by DT Swiss. The two-component adhesive in the nipple thread prevents the spoke-nipple connection from loosening under the influence of the operating load (loading and unloading of the wheel while riding) and thus ensures a constant spoke preload.

DT pro lock can be installed mechanically or manually. Available in brass or aluminium, DT pro lock can be used for all wheels where reliability, safety and load-bearing capacity are required. Patent pending and 100% swiss made.
