With the FT02 anti-fatigue mat standing while you work will no longer feel as laborious as is used to. The cushioned mat provides relief in the toes and arches of your feet, along with reducing strain placed upon your lower joints such as your ankles, knees and hips. On the front of the mat are support ramps which allow you to rest and stretch out the front of your feet and toes. In addition to this, the front support pads can be used to stretch out the soleus and hip flexors.
