DVI Switch

The input/output signal is selected manually at the touch of a button: 1x2 function: You can switch 1 signal source, eg a receiver, to 1 of 2 possible outputs, eg TV or projector.

Parallel output of both outputs is not possible. The big advantage over a splitter is that the TV and projector do not interfere with each other in the handshake. For example, if the projector can only receive 720p and the TV 1080p, the TV would only receive 720p with a splitter.

2x1 function: You can switch 2 signal sources to 1 end device as required. For example, a receiver or DVD player can be connected to a TV. You can switch bidirectionally on the DVI switch at the touch of a button and thus transmit the signal from the receiver or the signal from the DVD player to the TV.

Switching is purely manual, not automatic. Special feature: can be used bidirectionally.
