The top and ends fold out and are held in position by a clip. There are two bits of mesh in the middle (top and front) which let you extend the length by about 60cm using clips to hold them in place (see photos). If you collect in person, I'll leave it assembled. If you want it posted, I'll take disconnect the 2 middle sections of mesh to reduce package size, so you'll need to reassemble it by clipping them back on.
