Elecro 3KW Nano PLUG PLAY ELECTRIC SWIMMING Pool Heater

I have no idea on the history of this pump. It looks to be unused, but on the 3 pin plug, where the fuse goes. It looked like the fuse had caught on fire, or popped or something?? I tried putting a different fuse in it, but nothing happened.

So as a guess, I imagine the plug might be damaged. Its a sealed plug, so I can't see. Maybe that's the only damage, or the unit maybe be broken.

I have no idea. Cosmetically it doesn't look like it's been used. Check all pictures which reflect the condition.
