ElectroSport ESK225 kit consists of ElectroSport high power 3-phase ESG991 stator and ElectroSport ESR857 high power 3-phase regulator/rectifier. They developed this stator setup specifically to address growing demand from riders for more electrical accessory power. As the stock Harley Davidson wiring cannot handle the 3-phase output is it is essential the stator and regulator/rectifier be used together.

The stator will plug into the regulator/rectifier via a modern Harley Davidson 3-phase terminal and then the regulator/rectifiers output will plug directly into the stock wiring harness via the OEM connector. This is a safe and fool proof setup that will not overload the stock wiring. ElectroSport ESG991 stator offers a flat output across the RPM range and it also runs much cooler than the stock stator, which drastically improves reliability.

They install very high grade lead wires that feature heat and chafe resistant insulation and high quality rubber seals and insulation coatings make this stator a plug in replacement for the OEM unit. This kit is intended to be used with the OEM flywheel. The kit will offer about 30% greater output than the OEM single phase setup.
