You then download the data using 'Software & cradle for ThermaData Logger Mark2'. This can produce a graph, data sheet or Excel spreadsheet of data. This easy to use solution eliminates the need to manually log your fridge and freezer temperatures helping you to comply with Food Safety Regulations and your HACCP procedures.
