It has a highly resistant copolymer polypropylene body structure and is waterproof, crushproof and resistant to dust and humidity. It is available in three colours - black, military green and orange - and can be ordered empty or with a foam interior and is a great peli case alternative. Like other Explorer cases, the 2214 has corrosion-proof metal hinges with lid stay feature and internal slots for optional panel mounting brackets, plus a manual pressure release valve and sealing O-ring.
