Each dry well is heated with independent elements and can accommodate 1/1 gastronorm compatible trays up to 150mm deep. Separating panels to prevent cross-contamination are supplied as standard. Smooth-glide, reversible sliding doors provide easy access to the holding area.

A thermostatically-controlled hot cupboard is situated below the servery.
