This building board is stronger and denser than standard plasterboard and has a class 0 fire rating. Being both moisture and fire resistant, as well as assisting with sound proofing, Fermacell boards are fitted and finished slightly differently to traditional plasterboard; thus, speeding up the installation time by reducing drying out times and providing a more user friendly finishing system with our FST (Fine Surface Treatment).

Used for interior use on walls, floors and even ceilings, but please be aware that they are heavy. The impact of Fermacell boards is a severe duty product. With a greater acoustic performance often with less layers than plasterboard constructions providing slimmer partitions.
