With the rechargeable LED light ring around the working area, you can see the workpiece clearly and without any shadows. This is essential for achieving high accuracy in routing. This smart design lets you closely see the router cutter to improve your accuracy further.

This router allows easy one handed operation either with the Festool guide rail system or freehand. Festool's Plug-It system with its detachable power cable enables the fast swapping of Festool tools or easy cable replacement. The new style Festool parallel side fence is easily adjustable for quick and precise alignment, as the central clamp features a fine adjuster and adjustable guidance jaws, free of any tools.
