Cultivated and consumed already 5000 years ago by pre-Colombian civilizations, it was defined by the Incas as "chisiya mama" mother of all seeds. Ideal for cold salads with seasonal vegetables, vegetable pies, meatballs, soups and soups. It is recommended before use to rinse it well under running water.
