Baobab trees are grown in families or communities not in farming plantations which makes this fruit even more special. The fresh fruit dries on the branch of this deciduous tree before it is ground down into a fine off white/peach coloured powder. The powder has a sweet/sour citrus-like flavour and tastes much more palatable than most health powders you come across.

Baobab has an impressive antioxidant status due to its high levels of Vitamin C and polyphenols - it boasts an impressive ORAC rating of 140,000 μ mol TE/100g ORAC units (oxygen radical absorbance capacity). Our organic baobab powder contains a wide range of important nutrients including vitamins, mineral and amino acids. This nutrient dense fruit powder is non-GMO, raw, vegan and completely natural.
