Our organic apple cider vinegar 5l is made from 100% organic apples and not from concentrate. The apples are pressed into apple juice and then allowed to ferment naturally. The cider is then left for at least a year to mature.

The ‘mother of vinegar’ which contains ‘acetobacter’ is then added along with air to get the reaction started. This natural organism consumes the alcohol in the cider and turns it into acetic acid, aka vinegar! The result is a wonderfully tangy, super tasty vinegar, produced just up the road in sunny Hampshire. Our vinegar is raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered and with the ‘mother’.
