Only ICCO classified ́Fino de aroma ́ or fine flavour cocoa is used, making it part of only 6-8% of chocolate in the world. Tasting Notes consist of mild cocoa flavour, red fruit notes and a mild level of acidity as a perfect accompaniment for the chocolate flavour. Each tin is made in the UK with a design based on Fortnum & Mason's 1860s cocoa paste earthenware pot, which contained cocoa, hand ground in Piccadilly.
