For a Ø20 cm cake, mix 250 g mix, 230 g eggs (4 ½ pieces) and 20 ml water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 8 to 10 minutes. Then mix at low speed for a further 2-3 minutes.
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Do not open during baking! The cake is ready when it is elastic to the touch.
Unmould the cake immediately after baking and leave to cool on a cake rack.
