Its dense growth habit makes it perfect for helping to reduce noise, particularly as it quickly forms a closed hedge when planted 60cm apart. A fast growing variety which displays up to 60cm of new growth per year, it is much more manageable than the better known leylandii with this tamer rate of growth and eventual height of around 10 metre if left unclipped. If used as a solitary specimen it will form a narrow 10-15m pyramidal tree, not much wider than 2.5 m.

Supplied in approx. 2 litre containers at around 60-80cm tall.
