    Each leaf is placed on a sheet of wax or tissue paper which is slightly larger in size - this sheet acts as a carrier that will make the leaf easier to apply. Transfer leaf should be placed face down, while applying slight pressure and the metal will be released onto a surface prepared with adhesive. The wax/tissue carrier sheet can then be peeled away.
