Instructions: Sprouts are easy to grow at home! They are ready to eat after just a few days. In contrast to the full-grown plant, they have a higher nutritional value and are easier to digest. Soak the seeds for about 10 hours and sort out any seeds you don't think look good.
After soaking, rinse the seeds and place them in your sprouter or germination box. Use a germination box with multiple layers and spread the seeds evenly. Water them two or three times a day until they start germinating.
The resulting sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator, where they continue to grow for several days. Wash before eating.
