It comes with a small carabiner that can be attached to D Rings, webbing straps, belt loops etc. The stretch cord allows you to keep the items close to you until you need them; when you need them the cord stretches to where you require the items, still secure to its tether so if you drop it, you won’t lose it. It comes with a large split ring that will attach to most tools.

It can also be used for attaching a net to a D ring too.
