The MF12 macro flash system is perfect for close-up photography. The positioning of the flash heads directly on the lens enables perfectly illuminated shots from extremely close distances. The maximum guide number of a flash unit at ISO 100 is 5 and operates in TTL and manual modes.

The flash unit operates wirelessly in the Godox 2.4 GHz Wireless X-System with 32 channels and 5 groups. The flash unit can be used as a slave and is controlled via an optional camera-specific Godox transmitter Xpro-II, Xpro or X2T. Up to 6 MF12 macro flash units can be mounted on the optional mounting ring.

The flash unit can be slid and swivelled into the correct position on the optional mounting ring. The Godox MF12 macro flash unit can also be attached to the top of the camera. The MF12 macro flash unit has a built-in lithium-ion battery that can deliver up to 500 full-power flashes.

The flash recovery time is 1.7 seconds. The flash unit can be charged via the included USB-C cable. The flash comes with 1 x MF-CS shoe adapter, 1 x mini stand, 1 x diffuser, 1 x MF-11C colour filter set, 1 x MF-11T colour filter set, 1 filter holder, 1 x USB-C charging cable and 1 x carrying case.
