Not because this is the ideal solution, but simply because there is no more space available. But even if you invest in a good table stand under these conditions, you have to live with the fact that people walking past or a careless movement can shift the whole construction - and the clean stereo triangle is a thing of the past. Furthermore, conventional studio monitor stands take up a lot of space on the table due to their lower base plate.

Gravity addresses these problems with the SP 3102 TM. The studio monitor stand has a table clamp to securely fasten the construction to tables with a maximum table top thickness of 100 mm. As is usual with Gravity, it is tightened using a stable and easy-to-grip rotary knob.

In contrast to conventional table stands, which require a large base plate for static reasons, the clamping base of the SP 3102 TM measures just 10 x 7 cm and takes up no more space than a standard screen mount. Thanks to the well thought-out design, the studio monitors themselves do not protrude too far into the table area - this means that even on tables with little depth, more distance to the listener can be achieved and a clean listening triangle with a sweet spot can be created. With the SP 3102 TM, nothing moves because the clamp holds the stands firmly in position.
